Fees: 3 Bedroom: $65.00 cleaning + $15.00 guest fee at Regency Towers.
1 Bedroom: $35.00 cleaning fee + $15.00 parking fee at Sunbird Resorts.
Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is required four weeks prior to arrival. Canceling four weeks before scheduled arrival will lead to a 50% loss of deposit. No refunds will be granted if canceled less than four weeks from arrival, unless the condo can be re-rented. No refund for early check outs, or cleaning fees once your stay has begun.
Hurricane Refunds: If you stay has begun, prorated refund from the evacuation day will be granted if ordered. All others will be managed on a case by case basis.

ity deposit is required to confirm and hold the reservation. $200.00 Deposit is required for the three bedroom at Regency Towers.
$100.00 Deposit is required for the one bedroom at Sunbird.
The deposit may be a personal check which will be deposited into an account as long as it's received four weeks prior to reservation. The deposit will be returned after check out once the condo has been inspected for damages.
Other Policies: Prices are subject to change without notice unless reservations have been confirmed with deposit. Our condos are non-smoking, no pet condos.
